Bjorn Z. Ekelund
The Norwegian psychologist Bjorn Z. Ekelund has developed the fdiversity icebreakerf, a new concept of team roles that creates a safe psychological climate to share ideas of differences between people, cultures and organizational units.

Bjorn Z. Ekelund has been managing director of small consultant organizations since 1987, as well as carrying out extensive consultancy work on themes such as team analysis, OD, cultural change and strategic coaching. Since 1993 he has been prime owner and managing director of Human Factors AS in Norway. Throughout his work Bjorn Z. Ekelund has worked closely with academic and professional institutions in order to create a shared platform for knowledge creation.
Bjorn Z. Ekelund has published articles, books and presented his work and views of the field in different international conferences, worked with cross-cultural issues since early 90-ies and certified more than 700 consultants in use of different psychological tests used for analysis and development.

Jemilah Mahmood
Dr. Jemilah Mahmood is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist by training and a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists United Kingdom. She also completed the Program for Executive Development, a highly specialised Leadership and Personal Development program for senior managers at the International Institute of Management and Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Dr. Mahmood assumed the position as the Chief of the Humanitarian Response Branch at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in August 2009. In addition to supporting UNFPAfs emergency preparedness, humanitarian and recovery responses, she is also responsible for developing capacity building strategies for UNFPA and the humanitarian community especially around reproductive health and gender issues.
